There is a 20% restocking fee on ALL returns.
Please take the following steps to submit your warranty claim for review:

2. Please be sure to include your order number on your return package (this will be your RMA number).
3. Please take the time to protect your purchase return all around the inside of the box. The customer is responsible for any further damages that occur during return shipment. We expect a good faith effort by our customers to carefully repack the products with proper care.
4. Please be sure to document your return shipment tracking number in case it is needed for future reference.
