Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, 8AM - 3PM PST, excluding major holidays and will ship within 1-3 business days of when the completed order is received and payment is processed. Otherwise, unless noted at the time order is placed or if you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed.
Preorders or items that are marked online as “Backorder” will ship at a future date.
Orders that are placed before 12PM PST (M-F) for overnight delivery will ship same day. Any orders made after 12PM PST will ship next day for the overnight delivery option.
Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
Custom branding orders: Once artwork is submitted, it will take an additional 15-25 business days for the order to ship. We cannot accommodate rushed artwork productions, printing, or application, but do offer rush delivery with an added surcharge. Actual shipping time may vary.
